What this site collects, and why.

Last updated October 12, 2026.

What you give us

When you call or text us, fill in one of our forms (catering, the opening list, delivering with us, careers or an event application), or email us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email and the details of your request. Our forms are hosted by Microsoft Forms. We use this only to answer you, fill your order or request, and tell you about Olive & Oregano if you asked us to.

What the site measures

This site uses measurement and advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Google Analytics) and TikTok, and on our gamer application page, Reddit. When you visit, they may set cookies and record things like the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and whether you tapped to call, text or open one of our forms. We use this to understand what brings people to us and, when we advertise, to show our ads to people nearby who may want them and to measure whether they worked.

These companies handle that information under their own privacy policies: Meta, Google and TikTok, and Reddit.

Your requests

When you send a catering, event or private dining request, we keep it in a private spreadsheet so we can follow up and see which requests become orders. It holds what you typed and a short note on where you first came from (a link, a search or an ad). Your browser keeps that note until you send a request. We don't use it for advertising and we don't share it.

How to opt out

If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, this site does not load any of these tools for you. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or manage ads directly with each company: Meta ad preferences, Google ad settings, Google Analytics opt-out TikTok's ad settings in the app and Reddit's privacy settings. The industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info covers many advertisers at once.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't use these tools on our private entrance links. We don't take card numbers through this site or by text; payment happens through our payment provider. This site isn't directed at children under 13.
