Before you order
How much notice do you need?
48 hours before the time you want the food, at any hour of the day or night. Pernil roasts for six hours, so it is cooked for your order.
Do you cater overnight?
Yes. Choose any date and time in the request, including 2:00 AM, as long as it is at least 48 hours away. We reply within 2 hours, 6am to 11pm, to confirm the menu and the time. Pickup and delivery are both available.
Is there a minimum?
$75 of food. Small plates have a 20-piece minimum each, and egg sandwiches and pancakes start at 10.
How far do you deliver?
Within 20 miles of 51 S Pearl St: Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Colonie, Clifton Park, Delmar, Rensselaer and nearby towns. Farther than that, call and ask.
What does delivery cost?
$10.50 on orders under $200 and $25 on orders of $200 or more. Pickup is free at 51 S Pearl St, steps from MVP Arena.
What comes with the food?
Plates, napkins and utensils for your headcount, serving utensils, and a label on every tray with what is in it and its allergens.
Can you handle dietary needs?

Do you take purchase orders or tax-exempt orders?
Yes. Add your PO number when you send the request, and tick tax exempt. We will ask for your exemption certificate before the order is confirmed.
